The staff was communicative and helpful during check-in. I found the location excellent. It was very close to the station. The room was clean. There were also tea making items available, I did not expect that. The check-in and check-out process was easy for me. I would stay there again.

I booked a double room, and it was a decent size. the location was great. It was a short walk to Paddington station. front desk staff was very helpful with directions. it was a fairly quiet location, so i slept well.
the room did not have a fan, it was a little uncomfortable.

I found the location quite handy, especially since I needed a bed for the night. A PRIVATE bathroom was essential for me, and this place provided just that. The price point was also good, aligning with my needs for a quick overnight stay. The staff was polite and helpful during check-in.
The room needed refurbishment because the walls and carpets were not clean. It definitely requires some attention to improve its overall condition.
